Arcanist Health Desync

This Arcanist is at full health but the game shows him near 50%.

When you engage, his health drops to <10% but he never dies because he's not actually anywhere near death.

My damage is almost entirely Oblivion damage. They did not die at < 5% health multiple times during the match. It seems they are invulnerable at low health.

This is a fairly serious bug from a PvP perspective.

Here's proof of health bar desync.

    FsM83F8.png

Look at the Scribing DoT damage, Magical Soul and Binding Burst. When an enemy is above 50% health, those two dots tick for ~500 and ~1000 health respectively depending on enemy max health. When an enemy is below 50% health, those two dots tick for double damage.

In CMX, I never did more than 574 and 1071 damage which means the Arcanist never dropped below 50% health.

Here's a 574 damage tick from Magical Soul and the health bar shows they are at 12% health remaining.

    NFaISVW.png

    This should be impossible.

If they were truly at 12% health then this would have ticked for 574 * 2 = 1148 damage.

This issue was always there since the release of the class and never has been addressed. I really hate this, every fight with the Arcanist is a lottery, constantly asking yourself “is he really low and I should commit to execute, or it’s just a visual bug?”
