Is it Impossible to get new Jubilee Steed Mount?

Reading the news article for the upcoming Jubilee event, it sounds like it's not possible to complete the Jubilee Steed mount. I'm hoping this is just the article being unclear or wrong about something, but...

According to this you get 1 fragment for the Jubilee Steed in each glorious anniversary box, and they don't drop in the regular boxes. Since you only get 1 glorious box per day, and the event lasts from April 3rd to April 22nd, you can only get a maximum of 20 glorious boxes, for a maximum of 20 Jubilee Steed fragments. But you need 25 fragments to make the Jubilee Steed.

Can we get a clarification from anyone from ZOS please? Is the news article wrong, or is it impossible to get the Jubilee Steed, or can you only do it by buying fragments from the impresario, or am I missing something?

Is that not last years mount? Was counting on more fragments dropping this year to unlock on my alt. Had the ones from last year but didn't have spare tickets to complete it

EDIT: That is indeed how it worked last year, those of us who wanted it right away had to spend tickets. I can't find anything about an actual new mount (tho could be just google blindness!) so thought it'd be a chance to complete it for those who didn't last year. Sucks for the new players tho, especially if the fragments are bound again

Yep noticed that too and presumed they just want to make us use event tickets to buy.

Which is frustrating when you have a limit of only 12. Not really wanted the last thing they offered so having to buy repair kits. Wish could save them up for things that I do want.

But there are worse things, so, meh.

The article says it's fragments for the "new Jubilee Steed mount" so I don't think it's from last year.

Same happen in 2024.
In 2024, the Anniversary Jubilee ran for 20 days from April 4 to April 23, which was not quite long enough to acquire all 25 confetti packs. If you earned tickets every day that the event was active, you would need to buy 5 additional confetti packs from the Impresario for 3 Event Tickets each to supplement your final total to earn the achievement.

If that's the case that's fine, since we can earn up to 60 tickets during the Jubilee, I just want clarification from ZOS that spending tickets is the only way to complete this mount so I can plan my ticket spending.

That's what it says but can't find a pic of a different mount to last years anywhere and there's usually loads of previews of event items around. I think someone messed up and didn't edit when they copy and pasted from last years announcement

There also isn't a new achievement for another mount tho the 2025 cake ones been added. I'm pretty sure this is just last years

It's been updated. Now states:

- Crafting materials
- A motif chapter, furnishing recipe, or style item
- NEW: A tradeable outfit style page for the Worm Cult Hunter armor style
- A fragment for the Jubilee Steed mount (please note that you need 25 total fragments to make the steed)
- 1 to 10 Transmute Crystals
- Desecrated Grave Soil, the Worm Cult motif style item (...)"

So, the mount is one you could get in 2024.

If i remember correctly though the Jubilee mount shot confetti out its back side due to a parasitical infection? I hpoe Vanus got that infection resolved by now...
