Mouse blinking?

This has been going on the past three weeks. Slight camera rotation causes the camera to "blink" to a new position, as if sensitivity went up 10x momentarily. It is disorienting and happens every couple seconds. I will not even know which direction I'm facing. Has anyone experienced anything similar. Does it without addons.
I'm using a SUW Odyssey G9, but I don't know if its related. It might be that rotation speed differs depending on field of view, and when a rotation causes nearby terrain to appear closer, it speeds up the rotation some ungodly amount.
As I am relearning my rotation and doing more complicated content, I realize I need to fix this. Doens't happen in any other games.

✭✭You should try enabling or disabling MouseRawInput in your UserSettings.txt file. Toy around with the MouseSmoothing as well.

✭✭✭✭✭There's an addon (FCO ChangeStuff I think) which causes the current position of the character to blink in a majorly annoying way. Don't know if that's what you're seeing, but if you have that addon, you should check through the options to find and disable that one.
Don't know what it's called since not in game right now - oh maybe something about pingpong?

OP is describing an in-game issue with the camera stuttering, not the player's pin in the map UI.
For what it's worth, addons do not have access to player input (movement and camera inputs).Best Argonian NA and I will fight anyone for it

✭✭✭I've been having the same issue since the Vengeance patch on March 24th. And I also use no addons.
For me it happens once every minute or so.
edit: this stopped happening for me out of nowhere after like 3 days that I made this post

I happens bad every minute or so, but it certain contexts, like underground delve, it may happen more often.
It feels as if the mouse rotation speed is not stable, and sometimes it spikes.1
