Because there is a performance test ongoing this week and it involves disabling pretty much every aspect of the game except the absolute requirements to play.

Should have clarified. If you are playing on Console, then the vendor should be there and you are fine to play as normal. I hope it’s some new monster helm/shoulder items. I haven’t bought anything from her in a long time yet my stickerbook is not full. Looking forward to see what she has!
