Tales of Tribute broken on PSNA

When I queue for Tales of tribute, then accept the ready check and the game starts, instead of a patron selection screen I get just a black screen. The timer counts down but I can't select anything. Then the game ends. Says I lost. And I get the deserter penalty.
Are y'all aware of this? And if so, is there a timeline for a fix?

    Yes, it has been reported on PC. If you exit out of the game completely (not just back out to character selection), and restart the game, it usually "fixes" it. You can also go to Collections before starting a match to see if your Tales of Tribute patrons are displayed; if they are gone, then that's when you get the bug. So check your patrons, exit/restart the game if they're missing, and then try again.

    No idea when a fix will be released.

    This is listed in the Known Issues of the patch notes.

    We have this as a known issue for both Xbox and PlayStation. This will be resolved in a future incremental.

    I have tried this and doesn't work every time. It is just making me lose the game with a timer and horrible ranking.

    Edit... it seems that checking if you can see Patrons in collections is a good way to not lose a match but this is still a huge pain.

    As Lovenest said, it isn't a consistent fix. I still have to lose a match and get the penalty just to find out if it worked.

    When this was happening on PC, one tip was to check if you can see your decks show in Collections prior to trying to start a match. If not, restart the game.

    I can now confirm that checking if you can see your Patrons in the Collections menu then it'll work, but if you can't then you need to close app and restart it.

    I am not sure if this is connected to the same problem but I cannot even acquire upgraded cards from clues. Every time I attempt to acquire it, I get a UI error (678693E0).
