Enabling Gifting is a frustrating experience

I tried requesting gifting to sell some crowns for gold, only to get what feels like an automated response implying I’m not "active in the community" or that I should "play normally."

I have 2600 CP, well over 180 days, and log in daily for dailies, pledges, BGs, and Imperial City. I even bought a crown pack, but ESO+ has no value for me outside of crowns (which I can’t sell).
Also I'm in 5 guilds where 2 of them are Trading Guilds, where I actively sell items.

I recently took a break but played regularly for two months and being told to "play normally" is just frustrating.
Meanwhile, I see 400 CP players and fresh accounts selling crowns(and gold) without issues.

And please don't tell me that the system isn't automated, because that is clearly untrue.

    I've run into this issue many times, myself and with friends. It feels like an automation issue, wherein any breaks you take are a death sentence.

    I agree; this needs to be addressed at some point!

    I've been updating the ticket almost every day, and yet I haven't received a non-automated reply.
    Taking a break from this game is really like a death sentence for your account...

    I know I won't be buying any crowns until gifting is enabled on my account. And I know I'm not going to put in any special requests or jump through a bunch of hoops to get it enabled. ZOS will either enable it on their own or I will never buy crowns.

    A week+ later, and nothing has changed yet. Still the same automatic answers. I'll try opening a new ticket

    Has the update happened? Heck I feel unsafe going first with gold for crown trading lately because I am unsure if the person has gifting enabled on their account, which a lot of times after discussion it turns out they don't.

    Made a new ticket (250402-002253) to get refused again with the same automated message.
    Even bought ESO+ because I needed to farm 2 leads, but not much to do with the sitting crowns.

    I hate to tag you directly, but my application keeps getting auto-rejected with "not active in an ESO community", even though I’ve been actively playing for 3 months.

    It’s frustrating to buy crowns but not be able to use them as we please. It’s starting to feel like a scam.
    Can a real person please take a look at my ticket?
