Will the Anniversary Achievements still be available after this year?

I mean the character achievements like Adventurer Across a Decade, and all the new Commemorative achievements.
Will they go away once the 10th Anniversary year(+) is over?

They will be here after the end of the 10yr period. So no need to worry. You can complete it at your own pace.

It doesn't make sense to add achievements just to remove them a year later. I would suspect that they will remain. But that doesn't mean that ZOS won't modify them at a later date. After all, as things changed in the game, some achievements were removed or modified.
