said no one ever✭✭✭✭in the city of the lost in cold harbor there's a node for rune stones that has worked since launch. after you run past the two portals on your left you go down hill and turn right and it's on your right as you head toward the bone colossus boss. would probably take them 5 minutes to make that node work again but after 11 years they cant be bothered still to fix it.
