Is there a cooldown on receiving siege equipment from Cyrodiil dolmen chests?

Not sure about a cooldown, but iirc it is rng on the drop chance to get them (i.e. not guaranteed drop)

They do drop a lot during the midyear mayhem events from the reward coffers, so those are usually the best times to pick them up.

I received one on the only dolmen one day, then another on the second dolmen the next day, and then seven dolmens after that did not contain one. I have not had an active dolmen near an alliance-controlled area since then, so I have not been able to do any more testing.

I used to enjoy farming Imperials, and you can sometimes get siege equipment, repair kits, alliance potions, or battlefield provisions from them. No idea if there's a cooldown involved, but it might be an alternative to chasing active dolmens.

At dolmens you usually farm for coldfire ballistas
(or trebuchets but they are much less useful)

The drop rate seems really rare, easier to buy them off guilds especially around whitestrake event when non-PVP players sell them for way too little.
