Hello ZeniMax team and fellow players,

Since Update 45, there has been a recurring issue in Tales of Tribute where players experience UI bugs related to patron selection. This issue can make it impossible to play the game properly, often forcing players to abandon matches through no fault of their own.

Unfortunately, abandoning a match due to this bug results in an automatic temporary ban from Tales of Tribute and negatively impacts a player's ranking. This is incredibly unfair, as it punishes players for something entirely out of their control.

To ensure fairness while this bug persists, I strongly urge ZeniMax to take the following actions:

• Suspend the temporary bans for leaving Tales of Tribute matches until the bug is fully resolved.
• Pause or adjust the ranked leaderboard to prevent unfair losses from affecting players' standing.
• Provide transparency on when a fix can be expected and whether affected players will receive any compensation.

Many players have already reported this issue, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating. A temporary suspension of penalties would be the fairest approach until a patch is released.
I hope the team acknowledges this concern and takes appropriate action to maintain a fair competitive environment.
