Bug: UI Error when switching from game to Windows and back

When playing, I often switch out to Windows to read up about mechanics, check the location of something, etc. Since Update 45, I often get the error below when returning to the game. Before Update 45, I switched between Windows and the game no problem. The game still works fine - I just dismiss the dialogue. But obviously there's a problem.

    It still works if you use "Windowed Fullscreen" instead of "Fullscreen"

    Thanks. I'll give that a try but it still needs to be fixed. Something broke that worked before.
