Roksa the Warped style pages?

The arms pack is up in the Crown Store, but there is no corresponding Shoulder style page listed in Urgarlag's store at the Undaunted Enclave. Judging by the Crown Store March showcase article, this is not intended. Is it fair to assume this means the Mask style page is not dropping from Bal Sunnar, and that the Shoulder style page is not dropping from the 1-key coffers?

The new Roksa the Warped Arms Pack will be available in the Crown Store on all platforms for a limited time, from 10AM EDT on March 20, 2025 to 10AM EDT on April 21, 2025. The matching mask page will have a small chance to drop from Matriarch Lladi Telvanni from Veteran Bal Sunnar. The matching shoulder page can be purchased from Urgarlag Chief-bane for 50 undaunted keys, or has a chance of dropping from Urgarlag’s Mystery Coffer for 1 key. Having the achievement “Telvanni Tormentor” increases the drop chances of both items.

I'm gonna wait a bit and see. No use grinding incessantly if the shoulder and mask pages aren't dropping.

Usually the masks drop on schedule (albeit with a really bad drop rate), but every "new" style page we've had has not dropped correctly from Urgarlag's coffers on release.

The returning ones work as normal, so we only see this issue with the brand new pages, of which we've only gotten one a year for the past few years - the Blind last year and Kargaeda the year before that (pls ZOS, release these on a better schedule. We're still waiting for several of them for up to 5 years now).

@ZOS_Kevin pls take a look at this and, as the previous poster mentioned, there seems to be a reoccuring issue with new style pages on release.

Don't make us waster our undaunted keys for nothing.

Whilst you’re at it, would you mind checking with them why this is a recurring issue with new arms packs & hopefully have the matter resolved so we don’t find ourselves in the same boat next time a new arms pack with corresponding mask & shoulder style page drops (hopefully this year, hint hint…magma incarnate, stone garden etc).

Just use the Galenstone signature style bits or Nazaray arms pack & use the hero of wrothgar bear head. Sorted.

The fact they release some of the signature styles or other non-dungeon tied arms packs (looking at you ‘molten demise’) is likely why they haven’t released the older dlc arms packs and mask styles. They’ve run out of ideas.

Molten Demise in lieu of a proper Magma Incarnate was disappointing, and I don't really understand why they wouldn't have just done the matching style pages too.

And I'm pretty sure they must have forgotten about Stone Garden / Stone Husk...

Nice to see Roksa appear from this list, and I have faith we'll see the others (minus Stone Husk and Magma Incarnate) show up at some point since they exist as items in the typeahead for guild stores. Haven't checked the search results since Fallen Banners launched.

First off, thank you for flagging this, folks. There is an issue with this appearing in Urgarlag's store at the Undaunted Enclave. The team has figured out the issue and will be addressing this after we get past console launch for U45. We are still working out timing, but we should have a hotfix later next week to resolve the issue here. This will also impact the associated Crown Store Style pages. These will be fixed at the same time. We will also extend the end time to get the style pages on the Crown Store from April 21 to May 1, due to the current issue. The extension also applies to the helmet dropping and the shoulder style page being available at the Undaunted Enclave vendor.

Thanks again for flagging and we'll have official communication about the hotfix once everything is concrete on our side.

Can you confirm if it’s just the shoulder style page that is affected & that the mask style page is indeed dropping from the dungeon as intended, or if the issue is affecting both style pages?

The issue is impacting both style pages. We will have the hotfix next week to resolve the mask dropping, shoulder being on the Undaunted Store, and the weapon styles on the Crown Store.

The April 21 to May 1 timeframe is referring to the end date to get the style pages. This is not being delayed a month. We will be resolve the issue next week so that everyone can get the various style pages from their intended source.

I just threw 30 keys on Urgarlag's Mystery Coffers and no page.

While it may be bad luck, given how The Blind was the last "new" style, and its shoulder style was available for 50 keys, but never dropped in the blue boxes, and was never fixed, I'm going to hold on before wasting more keys.
If anyone gets any, I guess please confirm.

Like, I'm fine if they decide new styles are just there for 50 keys, and only available afterwards in boxes, but it feels bad just throwing keys for nothing, which has been the case more than once now.
