Fullscreen graphics freezes after Alt-Tab

I run ESO in fullscreen mode, and use Alt-Tab to access other apps.
Recently, after a period of time the ESO graphics freeze; I have to Alt-Tab out and back in again to fix it.

✭✭✭✭✭By freeze do you mean that alt-tab, alt-tab back and nothing seems to move, alt-tab out, then alt-tab back in and it works?
If so, did you download a new Windows update lately? I updated about a week ago and it’s not just ESO — it’s every game. ✭✭✭✭I'm still using Win 10, I run in fullscreen mode but always use the windows key to tab out, I have had no freezing issues and I tab out a lot.
When people say to me........

I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!0
