PC NA Main Quest after getting out of Coldharbor. Getting past the guard in Mistral. Always had 2 options 1) drug Guard, 2) Forge letter from girlfriend. It is No Longer Possible to drug the Guard. The moonsugar in the Apron Does have the Icon. But it is NOT Interactable. Therefore you cant pick up the moonsugar, and thus the cup upstairs does not Icon. I always preferred this method, so I would like to see it fixed for future characters.
