Main house is empty since last patch

I just ported to my main 700 slot house to find it absolutely empty, there's not 1 single furniture left in it.
I'm devastated, i've spent month if not years building and refining this place .... not counting the hundred of crown item that disappeared in the process...

wow hope you get it sorted! I'd be gutted but hopefully ZOS can return it all.

I see you have EHT, it probably won't work but if you have stored backups maybe try to use one to reset to it's last state.

I'm concerned it wont work because the furniture isn't there to be restored but I would probably try it out of desperation!

It really sucks to lose all that time, effort and money!!

If I remember correctly, EHT saves auto backups of any owned home you enter. Open up the addons UI (bottom right of your screen) and check the backup list. Also maybe have a look at the log, perhaps the disappearance of your furnishings might show up there and assist you as proof for your ticket.

Actually as @NoticeMeArkay says EHT keeps several stored backups and they have the time and date they were made and the number of furnishings present in the house.

Looking at those, I think it's five of them will show when your house was last fully decorated and that will presumably be just before this weeks patch.

Useful information to be able to show to ZoS!

PS EU here, so we've not gotten the patch yet...

A friend messaged me today with the same issue in my guild house (Hunter's Glade). Only collectible furnishings were visible, everything else seemed gone. They tried traveling out and back in again, no change.
It seems to be loading fine for me at the moment though.

i've tried a EHT backup restoration, the issue is that theres nothing possible since its empty, the 700 item didnt got back in bank or been misplaced, the're just gone, so EHT can't do anything

@Asdara have you checked your backups to see when the furniture was last present?

Also considering the post #6 have you asked anyone else to check if they still see your furniture? Or checked on multiple characters?

If you are on PC-EU I would be happy to check for you.

i've tried with an other toon and a friend tested this also, the house seems empty so far

I just checked 6 homes with some furnishings, mostly because I have not moved everything to the one I use as I only care about DPS dummies.

All had furnishings.

@ZOS_Bill or @ZOS_Kevin or some of their colleagues should be able to help since you have provided a ticket number. Do not expect a responds until Monday their time.
