Question about the Green CP Tree and Vampirism and Dark Brotherhood

I’m sorry if this question is somewhere else, I thought I created this, but can’t find it anywhere so I’m trying again.
For a vampire with all the vampire passives who also has the Dark Brotherhood skill line maxed, Fleet Phantom in the Green Tree would be redundant and not useful, but Shadowstrike , Sustaining Shadows, and Out of Sight would all still be helpful, correct? 🧛♂️

✭✭✭✭Correct. If you have the vampire passive that ignores the speed penalty, then Fleet Phantom wouuld be a waste of CP points, The rest still have value.
