During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

    Report such errors here please:
    https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1536-ActionDurationReminder.html#comments

But these errors were fixed already with the lastest updates.
Same as with LostTreasure: I think your addon updates did not work or your OneDrive or other cloud stuff, or Antivius blocked the proper update of your addons.

Actually I checked the locations of my add-ons. When did Zenimax changed the location of the "live" folder ?

I had to relocated all my add-ons from the C:\documents folder to my "onedrive". And change the location in the settings on Minion.

    I also had to reinstall 4 add-ons.

ZOS hasn't changed the location of the live folder (at least not in the past 7 years, since that is when I started). Instead what probably happened is that your computer got onedrive installed or synced, which then moves the location of your Documents folder into the OneDrive Folder. As ESO looks for the Elder Scrolls Online folder inside of your Documents, OneDrive can cause some weird behaviour with that, as it tells Windows that your Documents folder is in the OneDrive folder not the Documents Folder.

Thank you, that explains it however ... "Synced" should mean COPY, not MOVE.

How can I fix that ?

Setup your OneDrive to keep the files locally on your disk. There is a setting somewhere that says to use less space as it moves the data to the cloud and does not keep it locally unless you want to open it > then downloads it from the cloud again.

But either way, as I said above already: Disable that documents backup feature in OneDrive as it always troubles ESO and other games, or you will run into these issues again and again :-(
You should backup your documents folder differently then, if you really need that. Or you need to manually check, before playing, that OneDrive did not [snip] it up "again" by comparing the folders/syncing them again.
Unfortuntaley there is not even a simpel button to sync from local to lcoud "only" :( I therefor disabled OneDrive and use other cloud tools (ShadowDrive, Dropbox, GoogleDrive, pCloud, ... e.g.)

This is, unfortunately, the default behaviour MS adopted. It's caused a lot of problems for a lot of games - especially ones which use hardcoded file paths since those obviously point to completely the wrong place once OneDrive decides to "help".. I'd second the suggestion to disable OneDrive backing up your game files. I personally don't let OneDrive move or copy anything on its own, but that's largely because I already have a different incremental backup system that I've been using for years (which has saved me many times). Any backups that I care about I make to OneDrive manually.
