Bash Buiilds causing Glitch to characters / Cant cast Skill or CC Break

This needs an immediate Fix
Its happened multiple times
Everytime a bash build attacks me its literally impossible to do anything because they just glitch your character, you cant even get one skill out.

That's a long break free for an Off Balance medium attack but nothing unusual for Cyrodiil really.
