...just wanted to say that I admire how you handle what must be a very frustrating job. You work within a framework you can't control or influence and have to constantly type messages that are futile attempts at putting out the uprising fire before it becomes a storm. I don't envy you for having that task - with a rift between playerbase and development team that seems to grow wider with each PTS "iteration" and that probably soon could span its own oblivion plane.
Still you try to keep up a good spirit and just plod on. So here's a shoutout to a community beacon in the dark times of 3.0.x that at least puts in effort. Thanks Gina.

✭✭✭✭✭I concur the recent additional information posts & responses to things to let us know what is going on, all the small changes like Dev notes etc in patch notes are all really awesome and ZOS should get more credit. They do a great job, react to so many things big and small just a shame its such a very negative Forum base to work with!

Thousands, even millions of people who work in communication, CM or PR have to face this. Plus, ESO community is VERY cool compared to other games.
I think being an air traffic controller or a surgeon has 100* more pressure that a CM. I don't think people working in communication and PR (that's my personal case) have to be congratulated.
