Exiled Redoubt monster mask curated drop not working

Yesterday I did both new dungeons twice but in Exiled Redoubt I got visage from the last boss twice. Bound all the items to sticker book after each item drop (boss, side boss, chest) so it was definitely bound in my sticker book when I looted the boss the second time. I was the only one in our group who got a duplicate.
