Hey it's been a while since I've seen a "buff necro" post. Let's fix that (specifically for pvp ofc)
-give us a reliable stun, wich means not one that relies on off-balance and not one that costs 4k mag while requiring that your enemy stays perfectly still for the following 10 minutes.
-A spammable, preferably one that deals more damage than blood for blood or has, get this, a second effect (like how nb's spammable gives you a *** ton of bonuses while also dealing almost as much damage as d-swing.
-A burst heal that would be better than rally. Seriously, what is this abomination ?! 4320 mag for the same ammount of healing as everyone else and a 3 second buff. And the "same ammount of healing" is just in theory. Sure, it has the same ammount of base healing value but there's another detail about eso : not every class can get the same stats. On my dk, I can get 6k weapon damage along with crit chance, infinite sustain and godlike tankiness but not so much on my necro, so yeah, coagulating blood is going to heal way more than resistant flesh. This burst heal needs some kind of revamp, at least don't give us a debuff to healing right after using it, why should necro get an 8% debuff to healing while nb, a class that already has the best of everything, has and 8% buff while costing less ?
-Any ammount of sustain ? Pretty please ? On my stamsorc, I can get away with using sugar skulls because of things like dark deal and daedric protection but, even with jewels of misrule, the undead confederate passive and using blood for blood as my spammable, I struggle a lot with sustain. Maybe buff undead confederate or make it so that the tethers that are supposed to give us sustain can go through wall to make their average lifespan go from 0.3 seconds to maybe 15 seconds.
-Rapid rot : go back to the drawing board with this one. Maybe it could be a bonus to weapon damage, or even something cool that changes how we play but not a buff to dots, on a class that has a total of 3 dots, each of them being pve exclusive because they require a target to be stationnary
-Major brutality and major savagery. Could we please have them ? Like, on a usable skill, ty. I'd even take major brutality on the spammable like templar at this point, just anything to allow me to use tri stat pots.
-Bring stalking blastbones back, for the love of god. Just admit you were wrong
