Cannot log in or view help files

"Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time."
I also sometimes get Error 200 instead of that message.
When I try to view the help files linked in other threads, I get an error message about "file incomplete" or something. I had to turn off HTTPS only in my browser to view them.
What gives?

Jimbru✭✭✭✭I am having trouble even getting to ESO's website. Very slow. Other websites or working fine.
