Just had a serious crash while playing ESO

I was in Northern Elswyer doing the zone guide when I got a blue screen. I would not mention this to ESO but when I logged back into the game it started me like I was brand new (never played) to the game. Anyone have thoughts?

madman65✭✭✭✭At the the time I know I was on the PC-NA server. When I started the game up after the crash I had to go through the intro again and I logged back into the PC-NA server again. Is this the info you need?0
