Will we ever get to see these again? Especially ones related to smaller DLCs and dungeons. I know the chapter ones can be bought, but there's MANY that are missing, including Stonethorn Collector's Bundle, which has a durzog mount I really would have loved to have.

Were these exclusive or is there a chance to see this stuff again?
Hoping for more playable races

We've seen some of the individual zone collector's editions pop back once in a blue moon, normally when there was a relevant zone celebration event going on. Definitely not common though.

The dungeon collector bundles are exceptionally rare to return, and I think only one or two of them ever have. The relevant mounts usually end up in the normal Crown store rotation... though the rotation speed through the Crown store does leave a lot to be desired.

Speaking of bundles can we get Year of Breton legacy or something like that bundle which would include Ascending tide, Firesong and Lost depth DLCs for 3500 crowns just like all previous years have?

That's why I always try to buy the collector's edition of a zone DLC or dungeon DLC when it's initially released. My PC NA main uses a mount and non-combat pet from one of the dungeon DLC collector's edition, and I've seen them return to the Crown Store once in a blue moon. But in my experience it's best to grab the collector's editions when you can (if you can).

I very much would have bought it if I had seen it. But I simply wasn't playing then.

Did anyone else with ESO+ active buy any of these bundles? I thought of buying the Bundles but then I'm subscribed for a long time…

I started buying the bundles-- if, by "bundles" you mean the collector's editions-- long before I eventually decided to subscribe to ESO Plus; but after becoming an ESO Plus subscriber I decided to continue buying them as the DLCs were released.
