Combat Escape Arena NE corner to Silenced Ledge

Ok I need this clarified since i reported this in game but was told no violation.
However, players are jumping from the spikey rocks in the northeast corner of arena to the ledge you end up on silenced from memorial. They do this in the middle of fights escaping from players and NPS alike. Using Streak. As you can see, I have reported this two time while in game and have supplied picture while reporting I reedited for this post so as to not ID the players, but the first guy did is MANY times and the second one i just recorded and left, a waste of time, to keep fighting.
I cannot understand how this does not violate any rules since it is basically impossible to escape thru doors, sewer entrance . . . . the only way i do know works is if you have queued out and the timer has triggered.

TankHealz2015✭✭✭Similar tactic in Nobles. Chasing a sorc all around and through building, he then runs upstairs and streaks across to a balcony and gets the safety status effect.
The balcony is the wall that divides Nobles from Temple. The building is next to where the boss spawns.0 -

But anyhow I would like a clear reply from ZOS, this cannot be accepted if it well needs to be told to all.

✭✭✭✭✭If a player isn't allowed to escape through a door after having taken damage, then IMHO they shouldn't be allowed to jump or streak over to the safe entry point or a safe balcony.
Because if that's going to be allowed, then IMHO ZOS should just allow players to interact with doors after taking damage, and should provide some kind of ladder or door that players can use to go back up to their alliance's entry point.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!2 -

✭✭✭✭✭One thing you might want to do is provide video of it happening. A still screenshot only shows the player on the balcony, and for all anyone knows they could have gotten there from the other district. A video clip of them jumping onto the balcony from inside the district would clarify to whoever reviews the report that the player being reported had gotten up there in a manner which, IMHO, is essentially an exploit.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1
