Getting no AP in PVP

I am playing in Cyrodiil for the double AP event. I have been playing for 3 hours today, and I am not receiving AP for anything. I recorded a video showing that I do not receive any AP for taking a resource, while my friend got 6,600 AP for taking the resource with me. Attached is a video showing my AP before and after taking the resource.

What is causing this?

How do I fix this? I have tried logging out of the game with no effect.

Yeah, this has definitely happened to me before, not happening now though, but I strongly hate getting robbed out of AP currency and alliance rank.

Yeah, especially when I have double AP event and low pop bonus for my alliance in Evergloam campaign. Makes me sad.

I thought the video would show this was a visual UI bug but no, it really seems you get nothing... which is very disturbing :x

I also randomly get this and was always hoping it was just a UI glitch but

Sometimes I don't get credit for capping an RSS and it is annoying. I thought I must be doing something wrong, but maybe not since it seems to not just be a me issue.
