Craft Point - Steed's Blessing - connected?

Hello,
I have put some Champion Points into the Craft section - Steed's Blessing.

But notice how there are no connecting lines to it?

Do I have to add points from elsewhere to make it work?
Any yes, I thought it made my steed faster... oops.

mdjessup4906✭✭✭✭Think it's just out of combat speed boost. Has nothing to do with mount despite the name. Still essential slottable for anyone who hates being slow for any reason.1 -
