Tel Var not Doubled

Tel Var seems to be given at the same rate as before the event. No double from kills. No double from the quests. The only extra was a random chance at 45 Tel Var in a box. Others I have talked to and grouped up with noticed the same thing so they left IC till it gets fixed.
