bleak rock isle wayshrine is always supposed to show yes?

it isn't accessible in my game for some reason. I filed an in game bug because it blocks progress for the starter quest but i didnt know the name iof that quest off the top of my head. This is really strange.

✭✭✭✭✭IIRC, at least one wayshrine in each starter zone (save perhaps Bal Foyen and Betnikh, since they’re the second starter zones in their respective alliances), plus a single wayshrine at each alliance’s Zone 1 hub city, should be revealed on the map by default, but I’m not certain of that and don’t know if it’s changed at all over the years.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

Not on any of the ones I could check that hadn't been there at all, no. For the ones that have been there, either they started there (with or without the tutorial first), or I don't remember.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭That starter Island may not get that initial Wayshrine as you are supposed to be sent there. The way this island is introduced has changed a few times over the years. I rhink it is kind of broken right now. There are Navigators in the port of Vulkhel Guard that will take you there. In fact, there is a specific ship that you take for Bleakrock that is or was part of the Quests for that island.
Notethis is the one island i never start the quest as the town never goes peaceful. To that end I never speak to Captain Rana as that kicks off the hostilities
Instead, I do all the Quests surrounding the city in question.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
