Never received crowns after purchase from store

Hello! So I just bought the Housing Starter Pack yesterday and I didn't receive the 800 crowns that came with it. I got the new house, but no crowns have been added to my account. Am I missing something? Or is this a bug that happened?

✭✭✭✭✭You might want to file a help ticket (either from your account on the website or from within game) so Support can look at the transaction and figure out what’s going on.
Be sure it’s a help ticket, not bug/feedback. If they send you an automated reply, reply to that to get it looked at by a person. Avoid repeatedly updating the ticket while you wait for a response - doing so will put you back at the end of the line.2 -
