Please reduce the Spawn camping timer in BGs

Its pretty frustrating when you're playing a match and you have one or two players standing at spawn playing instruments. Obviously this week it's been a lot worse than normal as you have people joining who are only doing BGs for the pursuit. I honestly can't see why the timer needs to be anymore than 30 seconds before it moves you down. Even if you're not very good and getting constantly wiped, being on the ground helps your teammates that do want to play. When it's 4 v 2 even the best of players are going to struggle. Simply being a punching bag can be enough to help the better players still have a competitive match, or even win. But standing there playing the flute does nothing but make those of us wanting to give it a red hot crack to stop queing.

I would also recommend reworking future pursuits/endeavours so that you have to complete non competitive BGs in order to stop people that have 0 interest in actually playing from queing in the competitive matches. In the 8 v 8 matches its much easier to over come the 1 or 2 players that don't want to do anything than in the 4 x 4 matches.

    yeah absolutely this.

    i'm sure it was initially made that long so you can counter opposing teams pushing into your spawn but ranged attacks are nowhere near as strong these days if everyone is running high resistances and three different healing skills, not to mention the line-of-sight disadvantages from spawns on most maps anyway. all it does is promote idling for completion rewards.
