Black screen after quit game !

When i quit Eso, then i get this black screen where i see the menu text on the side.
I can only fix this with a reset pc or reboot.
I tryed to install eso on steam and thu epic game launcher. But the problem is the same.
Even on a fresh instal and repair files, then it does the same.
I never had this problem before when i started to play eso for years ago.
Im using a 3080 ti Nvidia card with the latest drivers and my win 10 is updated.
Everything is updated.
How do i fix this ?

davidtk✭✭✭✭✭You ending ESO with QUIT button OR you doing ALT+F4?
I must end ESO with ALT+F4 over few years or how long because if I end it normaly with quit button, it will freeze Windows Explorer.
