[PC/EU] Discord Community / Guild for new players who start with Group Dungeons / Trials?

Good evening,
I just recently started playing Group Dungeons and was wondering if there is something similar to the WoW “[L]earning by Doing Discord Community” or maybe a guild equivalent in ESO where new players can find help / advice / learn how to run Group Dungeons / Trails.
I've come across some clues in an internet search but most of the information was unfortunately outdated.
I would be very happy if you could help me in this matter - maybe recommend a certain community / guild you have had good experiences with.

at first I do have to apologize for my late reply. Because of my job, I've only been able to play ESO very little for quite some time now.
Thank you for your kind offer. This is very nice of you but I was already lucky to find a group, even though I haven't been able to play much group content recently. Unfortunately, I hadn't looked at the thread in the forum since January - but I'm still a bit surprised, as I thought to have set it up so that I would receive an email if someone replied.
