Intra-zoning Errors in IC and Cyrodiil

Last night I was getting errors trying to move between the IC sewers and the topside districts, saying the request to jump failed, and that I'm already queued. I got the same thing trying to exit a delve in cyrodiil. I assumed it was due to heavy population, but this morning, I'm getting it on one of the temp servers with low population for all alliances. What's going on?

Rule of thumb... during MYM or when there is a q do not go into a delve. It will take 10ish tries to get back into cyro.LadyGP/xCatGuy
