I need help with a ticket as i am getting little help from support

I did a dungeon this morning and as is typical the dungeon has a quest attached to it the first time you do it. at the end of the dungeon i went to talk to the quest giver and suddenly i was booted out of the conversation and couldnt talk to the quest giver. Additionally, i did not receive my skill point or my coffer so i did the reasonable thing and filed a ticket for support.
Support wants to know the name of the quest giver and the name of the quest. I provided them with the name of the toon and the approximate time and the name of the dungeon and that i didn't know the name of the one time quest or the quest giver BUT that since its their game they could surely look that up and not put that on me.
They replied with a message about a daily quest and so i replied it was not a daily quest but a one time quest for the named dungeon, they then asked for the name of the dungeon the quest giver and the name of the quest.
wash, rinse, repeat. round and round we go.
So now i'm here on the forum asking for help from the dev team to correct this error that I DID NOT CAUSE. thank you.
Who do i tag to get attention and give to them my ticket number?
