Why are there no Twitch drops for the Whitestrake's Mayhem event?

So I fired up Twitch to watch some of the Whitestrake's Mayhem events and lo and behold, ESO has not set up any Twitch drops for the event. Is this intentional? Is it an oversight? It almost seems like Twitch is becoming an afterthought for the company.
