I read there are two ways to start "Dream-Walk into Darkness" quest but neither option starts the quest for me. I talked to both King Emerick and Count Verandis Ravenwatrch. Count Verandis will go through his lines (like usual), which usually follows with me adding Dream-Walk into Darkness quest, but nothing. I tried logging out completely then back in. I also tried /reloadui. I cannot cancel and restart quest option since I can't even pick up the quest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
