Multiple problems EU PC server: Crash on fast travel and key-presses not working

Having problems on EU PC server:
-- Many time today have crashed to account login screen while attempting to travel from wayshrine to wayshrine directly or using "Travel to Player"
-- In Infinite Archives and delves and public dungeons, having the old problem of key-presses not working. Some say this is caused by "lag." For example, press keyboard key for an Ability and nothing happens, press key for Bar-swap and nothing happens, press key for Quick-slot (e.g., potion) and nothing happens.

My Latency is about 165 microseconds. The problem of key-presses not working used to happen in Cyrodiil a lot, but have not seen the problem (in or out of Cyrodiil) in a long time until the past few days.

Not only on EU, but also NA. I was trying to finish the Golden Pursuit last night on NA and crashed numerous times in IA, typically seeing actions stop working shortly before the crash. This was happening to both me and my spouse. Switched to EU to do daily endeavors and the same thing was happening while running in the public dungeon. Heck, I had a crash just trying to get to the dungeon. Extremely frustrating.

I have 2 minutes loadings while travelling to dungeons or DLC locations, then game crushes (EU)

Do you receive a particular error message when the game crashes? If not, you may want to try the steps here.

Have not been crashing lately, but still having that old problem of pressing a keyboard key and having nothing happen. Sometimes the keystroke works, sometimes it does not. This loss of control leads to my character dying in situations where they normally succeed. I am not having any problems with Latency: my ESO-displayed latency is about 70 to 90 msec. I still have some more troubleshooting I might try. As of this moment, ESO is unplayable for me. So, I guess I will take a break and check back in a few weeks or months.

Thanks again for the links. It's very helpful to be reminded of those possible fixes.
