Constant disconnection, error 307, unable to log back in for 5-10 minutes

I just started playing again after quitting for a year. I mainly quit due to game play mechanic reasons that pertained to tanking trifectas as well as the constant disconnects that were also getting in the way of progression. I come back and I am getting disconnected 5-15 times a day. I am not afk, but mid combat in Cyrodiil or a dungeon and disconnect. I cannot request a static IP as Starlink doesn't offer that and I have never played any online game where that was a requirement. What's the fix here?

Ena✭✭I had the same issue, started around April 2024 +/- 2 months, tried every possible solution offered by ZOS, still nothing. I got disconnected exactly every 30min in any zone, except in old Battlegrounds. I didn't get any disconnects in other games at all, and i was connected to the Internet at any given time.
If you search the forums a bit you'll find people with the same problem, but haven't found any proper fix to that issue.
Are you also disconnecting from the game every 30min or 60min or is it completely random?
Surprisingly what helped was playing via VPN. No issues at all since then. No idea why.0 -
CanAPanda✭✭✭21 Days and no ZoS reply, this happens in Greyhost at least once an hour. This happens in nearly every trial I run. This game is becoming unplayable garbage.0
