Trying to log into PC NA, made it to character screen once but now only receive this error message.

liliub17_ESO✭✭✭Once again, cannot log in. Have backed out of the game, have tried the "fix", does not work.
This time it's the PC- EU server. Wonder what will happen if I try NA.
