Can't use bank/whisper

I am preparing for the guild auction and all of a sudden I cannot use the guild trader nor guild bank and nobody can see my whispers. Someone said this happened to them a few days ago and it turns out they got some sort of social ban? I don't say bad words and I don't even run trials. All I can imagine is that this is from copy-pasting all the item links into chat in preparation for the auction.
I desperately need this fixed asap, our auction is in under 1 hour. I have a guild to run. If this was a new AI "feature," I dislike it strongly.
