    Logged in placed in que, exited out closed the Client, restarted the client and now the Client fails to load news etc..

    Started yesterday for me.

    it is so lagged on the server

    rubberbanding

    slow to interact just to pick up box or loot

    infinite archive slow and have lag like cyrodiil

    cyrodiil lag so much can't even go it it

    more rubberbanding or see all things freeze then fast forwards again to present moment

    what is going on

    Linking to that article is so tired. If it were isolated to customers equipment then you wouldn’t have a queue screen.

    Please, perform the discovery/research and provide advice once you’re 100% it will lead to a solution.

    @ZOS_MattFiror Almost 11 years of this. Maybe it’s not the routers and add ons. Fix it, please.

    Got kicked - queue - logged in - kicked. An error has occurred. Gateway error even here on the forums.
    PC NA, CP2200+. Character creation is the true endgame.

    NA PC with a 2-hour queue.

    EDIT: Queue reduced to 3 minutes, got in, then booted after ~5 minutes of game time

    This is starting to feel like a Hack! I was on the game for easily 8 hours 2 days ago and game played perfectly. Yesterday it started crashing and downhill from there. Now my Client is failing to load the news.

    Looking bad.

    PS5 NA, kicked twice now in 10 mins and now getting login failed… I guess that 30 minute BG penalty for getting kicked during the match doesn’t matter now.

    Wasting time. Funneling folks to a support site that requires a Game Consultant dump for something that clearly appears to be a server-side issue only delays and irritates.

    The state of ESO in 2025 is an absolute joke - my god ZOS, we've been patient, we've tried to be understanding, but that is quickly running out.

    You're not providing any valued content, everything you're releasing or putting effort into seems to come out half-baked, the servers, lag, and performance have been horrendous as of late... enough is enough, right your damn ship, put the proper money and resources into running the game properly - gods know you make more than enough money off us poor customers through your gambling and overpriced reskins that it shouldn't been an issue.

    Wait, you aren't seriously suggesting that this is on the player's side are you? The entire server went down simultaneously, followed by ridiculous lag and constant disconnections for everyone.

    I have more chance of being struck by lightning multiple times in clear weather then the odds of every ones PCs suddenly being the problem, it is NOT a client side problem.

    So @ZOS_Icy and @ZOS_CouchTato comment on the threads about the servers having issues. @ZOS_Icy closed threads because there are already threads about this major issue, and @ZOS_CouchTato tell people to go through a trouble shooting guide that will do absolutely nothing except waste player's time when there is obviously a problem on the ZOS end of things. All platforms are having issues, XBox, PS, PC.
    I would think that these forum moderators after seeing all these posts would maybe escalate the issue to ZOS instead of telling users to troubleshoot or just close forum threads.
    @ZOS_Kevin do we have a team working on this issue?
    I noticed game lag spikes before this all happened.

    This is like those stupid bot replies you see from fake accounts on social media; it has nothing to do with what's going on.

    I'm just trying to get my daily calendar item right now. First account was hit with the queue window, but it only lasted a few seconds so not a huge deal on its own. Second account sat on the logging in window for a bit that changed to a queue window showing over a minute, that in the time it's taken me to write this has been sitting at 4 seconds for over a minute now and shows no signs of letting me in.

    EDIT: I had to leave queue, log in again, and I made it immediately to the character screen so I at least got my daily calendar item.

    This is a joke at this point.

    There may be issues occurring that are outside of zos' direct control or are very complex and not easily solved... fine. I accept that. I think more resources and effort should immediately be directed toward solving the problem(s). Customers are not getting what they pay for.

    But that issue aside, it is 100% within zos' control to provide players with updates and with accurate messages about the current status of the server. We shouldn't have to waste our time logging in only to be booted out again, seeing cyptic error messages and fake queues, and then go to a site like down detector to find out there's a widespread problem, while zos "investigates" and fails to provide useful updates, and management remains largely silent and moderators rapidly close posts and suggest a user-side problem.

    This level of customer service would be completely unacceptable in my work, and I assume that of most others.

    When its a ton of people it doesn't make sense to post this... it obviously isn't everyone's computer, their router, their internet service or their addons or game files.
    It's at the server end.
    I often think that post is just so there is a ZoS reply in the thread and it makes it look like the issue is being dealt with, but with respect... it just looks like trying to buy time and dump the issue back on us. Just not very customer or service oriented I'm afraid.

    This and the fact that PSEU was fine. If my console was having issues changing servers would have made a difference.

    The disconnects were almost constant. Every 5 minutes or so.

We have turned on some preventative measures so we are seeing things settling down. However, this unfortunately will cause higher ping times.     Ps5 N.A. having problems too login faile and the a wait time only to go back to log in failed
