5 hour wait queue.... might be fixed by then, so ill wait.

Minutes long login queues, sometimes, counting UPwards, then a few miniutes in, dc, or "booted from server" when the countdown reaches zero instead, etc, rinse, lather, repeat.

I suspect the servers are under a DDoS...

Ok, the last time was even worse. "Failed to obtain the server connection information", then after that, not even the login fields:

I wonder why DDoS protection takes so long to activate, or if they have to manually turn it on? I really hate people that do this to games, I just wanna chill and play a game man...

and the Hamster Union has to agree the issue is bad enough to warrant bringing in the extras during their off times.

I got kicked and am getting the login error, contact customer support. Can't get back in.

The PvP event doesn't start till the 20th, I thought.

Now I've got the LOGIN QUEUE message with Approx wait tine 1 sec....... waiting waiting....

haha yeah the servers are fried, just logged back in and it's all thats being discussed in both guild chat and zone chat. Lasted all of 1 minute before being booted.

There likely won't be any communication for another few hours yet, iirc it's still very early AM on Sunday for NA, so most who would be communicating with us on the forums are likely still fast asleep (or maybe the early birds are waking up and thinking about breakfast).

They likely have a team aware of it and looking into the issue, but it's unlikely they will be communicating much with us until the CMs are awake/read their messages/emails/log in to comment/post about it.

Also curious, is it just PC NA, or are EU and console servers also affected?

just checked PC Tech support. They said they were moving that conversation to a more appropriate forum.

But they did not give a link to which forum that was.

yeah it's pretty unfortunate for the people that play at this time of the day/night to finish their pursuits given they'll be losing a day with the upcoming maintenance.

@ZOS_GinaBruno wake someone up - tell them Asia-Pacific is awake and would like to play.
It was working fine about 7 hours ago, then I stopped to experience life a bit. Logged back on about 30 minutes ago and immediately greeted with a 15 min queue message. then 12. then 1. then 9. then im on. only to get kicked a few minutes later. I gave up after 3 kicks. got tired of it.

They have moved it from ELSEWHERE *TO* the PC Technical Support where you saw it. There just was no link to where they moved it FROM. That's how the moving works.
