PTE is dropping me into a group of one

During my dungeon group this morning, I found that while leaving vet Lair of Maarselok via PTE (both at the end of the dungeon and mid dungeon) I was twice deposited into a group of one, with myself as the leader. I dropped a ticket in game 250215-002295.
Happened 3 out of 3 times to me, but none of the others in my group. I was DPS, my dungeon mode in my solo group is normal (perhaps the others were set to vet before they grouped).
