Crash at character swap

Every single time I log out of one character and attempt to log into the next character I get an "eso has stopped working" crash of the game. This has happened on every swap for a week now. @ZOS_Kevin. Please help/let someone know it's broken.

It is still crashing almost every hop. I hope the next maintenance fixes it
