Bugged BG Queues

I have been in queue for BGs for over a half hour (8v8 Crazy King). A friend of mine queued after me and has gotten into 2 BGs already, and here I am still waiting.
WTH, seriously? Wasting my time for a BG, not getting pulled, and other people are now on their third BG after queuing after me.
I queued as single player. This is crap.

randconfig✭✭✭✭✭If wait is greater than 5 minutes, I always re-queue. Sometimes a packet is lost in communication, so the server doesn't know you queued, but your client thinks you did. I think that's the issue.0
