NoSpin has been dead and gone for years now, and "No, Thank You!" was always far too cluttered for me. Since I didn't use any of its features besides the camera spin, I made my own successor.

Dizzy is lightweight and only handles the camera rotation. It provides the same functionality as the old NoSpin addon, with just a few options for enabling/disabling certain menu spins. All options are already enabled by default for your convenience, except for the character menu, since stopping the camera spin for that one breaks outfit switching.

Additionally, there is limited functionality on Gamepad mode. Most menus shouldn't spin, but the entire "Collections" tab will still spin—this is only an issue with Gamepad mode. Unfortunately, this isn't something I can modify as ZOS seems to have forced it to spin on their end. If they ever change it, I can fix this pretty easily.

I’ll post the link here, but it’s also on Minion and ready to download.

Be warned that removing that fragments of the player spin can most likely break item preview at many ESO UI elements like Inventory, Collections, Golden Pursuits etc.

I've provided options to disable the spins in the addon menu for this reason, and have the Character/Ability Menu turned off by default with the option of turning it on at your own discretion. I haven't had any issues with the Pursuits menu while using this addon with the default settings—on keyboard/mouse, myself—but absolutely, it will break item previews.
