this is after being kicked, queued, errored out, restarted game, rebooted machine, etc etc.
i get the wallpaper hangout, too after the error, have to stop the game in task manager.

ran the 'repair' option, didn't help either.

✭PC-NA seems to have sorted for now... mayhaps, nm they down again.
