Maintenance on ALL Megaservers + ESO Store & Account System - February 5 @ 12am EST/5am UTC

Hi all. On Wednesday, February 5 beginning at 12:00 AM EST/5:00 AM UTC, we will be bringing down all ESO megaservers and the ESO store and account system for backend database updates.

We anticipate the megaserver maintenance to be complete by 12:00 PM EST/17:00 UTC. We will keep you updated on the progress of both.

Hi all, providing an update here. After checking in with the team, it looks like maintenance will run longer than anticipated. Maintenance is being extended by 8hrs to account for the extra time needed to checks and getting through the rest of maintenance. We will update if things run early.

Hi Everyone. Wanted to provide an update that maintenance for the game megaservers has concluded. Thank you for your patience while we worked through some delays that were outside of our control that led to the extension our originally planned maintenance window for today. All live game servers are now back online and open to players, and the newest Golden Pursuit "Love Calls in Tamriel" is now active. We will publish the information article for this Golden Pursuit tomorrow morning. Please note that maintenance is still ongoing for the ESO store and account management system on elderscrollsonline.com. Thanks again for your patience!

Hi all, quick update for the ESO store and account management system on elderscrollsonline.com. Given the time, we are going to leave the ESO store and account management system offline for the night. We have teams that will pick up the work in the morning and work throughout the day to make sure everything is squared away with the update. We expect that work to finish at 6:00pm EST/ 23:00 UTC on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Thank you for your patience and we will update once we have more information later in the day on February 6.

Hi everyone. We recognize that the unexpected extended maintenance downtime yesterday resulted in some players being unable to log into the game until the following day, and missing out on daily login rewards and some daily Seals of Endeavor.

To make up for this, we are doing the following on all servers:

We are adding the Crown Lesson: Riding Capacity (x3) reward to Day 8 of the Daily Login Rewards for March.
On March 3 and 4, all daily Endeavor activities will grant double the usual amount of Seals of Endeavor.
