Scars Never Fade Quest Grahtwood

Since the server crash from the power outage there has been a bug with Scars Never Fade in Grahtwood. You are suppose to meet No Fingers in the cave entrance yet he isn't there. He spawns in the rocks.
If you log out and log back in again he does appear but up in the air, still somewhat in the rocks.
